At Vivimu.com, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. Our goal is to get your retail orders to you as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, please note that there may be occasional delays for various reasons.
We ship your orders using USPS first-class or priority mail as well as options through UPS, which generally takes an additional 2-4 business days for delivery within the 48 contiguous states. It’s important to understand that shipping times are not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.
Please be aware that USPS and UPS do not deliver to Military Bases at this time. If you place an order to one of these locations, your order will be put on indefinite hold, and you may be restricted from making future purchases at our discretion.
Once your package leaves our facility and enters the carrier’s possession, Vivimu.com is no longer responsible for its status or location. Any attempt to cancel or initiate a chargeback after an order is placed or shipped will be considered fraudulent and a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to prevent you from ordering from any of our websites or affiliated companies.
If we perceive your interactions with Vivimu.com as fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious in any manner, as determined by Vivimu.com in our sole discretion, we may share your information with other companies that assess a high fraud risk. This may result in others declining to do business with you or commenting on your interactions with Vivimu.com.
By requesting order cancellations, refunds, or attempting to influence the outcome of your order, you acknowledge and accept all potential consequences as outlined by Vivimu.com, as defined by us, in our sole discretion, both now and in the future.

Vivimu.com employs a USPS address verification system. If your address cannot be confirmed, our customer service department will attempt to reach out to you via phone or email. In certain cases, this may cause a delay in your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours from the final attempt (details of which will be provided in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information on the order), your order may be subject to cancellation and refund without your consent.
Depending on the value of your order, Vivimu.com’s customer service department may contact you to verify additional information to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the order. In some cases, this verification process may cause a delay in the fulfillment of your order. As with address verification, if we do not receive a response within 48 hours from the final attempt, your order may be subject to cancellation and refund without your consent.

Opting out of Route Shipping Insurance means you are waiving coverage for your order, and Vivimu.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any lost, delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
