We must be made aware of all issues within a 30 day period. Unopened and unused orders can be returned, refunded, or replaced up to 30 days after purchase date, but we must receive the returned product before the refund can be completed.
It can be the case that your card was initially declined as a result of billing information being mismatched. The failed/pending charge will self-resolve in 3 to 5 business days and will drop off of your statement. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your card issuer.
The shipping speed selected at checkout determines how long the package will be in transit once it has left our facility, not for our fulfillment time.
We have a usual fulfillment time of approximately 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders can take up to two weeks to be shipped during peak holiday seasons.
Our shipping cutoff time is 2PM Mountain time. Any orders submitted after this time are considered to be processed as earliest as the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM MTN on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday the earliest. Once an order is processed on Vivimu’s end, the shipping speed selected at checkout will go into effect.
We cannot honor sale codes after the end date of the sale as advertised.

A one-time price adjustment is offered on full-priced merchandise if the sale code is presented within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

This policy only applies to sales with coupon codes and the customer must have proof the coupon code was sent to them directly.
No. No discounts or sales can be combined. This includes subscription discounts and loyalty reward coupons. Any coupon issued to a customer must be used on a full-price item.
Label Created just means that a tracking number has been assigned to your order, but does not mean that it has finished processing. Once your order has been processed and picked-up, the delivery company should update the tracking and your shipping speed selected at checkout will go into effect.
There are a few possible reasons why the status of your order has not been updated:
Processing Time: Our team is diligently working to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Sometimes there may be a delay due to high order volumes or specific product availability, but we do strive to meet our 48 hour fulfillment window which excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carrier Delays: Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Delays in shipping and tracking updates can occur due to various reasons, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or local delivery issues which is why we always recommend order protection through Route.
Technical Glitch: Occasionally, there may be a technical issue that prevents our system from updating the order status promptly, but we are continuously monitoring our systems to minimize such occurrences.
